Our Pre-Storm Arrival Check-In
- Only With Your Approval, we can:
- Turn off the main circuit breakers for pools and spas
- Add pool chlorine as required
- Lower refrigerator and freezer temperatures to their coldest settings in anticipation of power outages
- Coordinate Vendor Access: Provide necessary garage access for any third-party hurricane panel vendors
- Reinforce Garage Doors: Lock down all garage doors manually
- Secure Loose Items: Secure and stow all miscellaneous items, including outdoor grills, lawn ornaments, potted plants, and patio furniture
- Stay Informed: via our links to NOAA, Hillsborough County, and the Red Cross, listed here.
Our Post Storm Check-In
Return and report any obvious storm damage
- Take emergency mitigation measures, if necessary, after informing you of any needed attention, after gaining your approval
- Provide garage access to the vendor for hurricane panel storage
- Once Power is restored, turn on the main circuit breakers to the pool and spa
- Provide contractor Key-In access for needed repairs
- Put your loose items back in place
