Our Pre Storm Arrival Check-In
- Manage Utilities and Appliances
- Turn off the main circuit breakers for pools and spas
- Add pool chlorine as required
- Lower refrigerator and freezer temperatures to their coldest settings in anticipation of power outages
- Secure the Interior: Ensure all interior doors are closed
- Coordinate Vendor Access: Provide necessary garage access for any third-party hurricane panel vendors
- Document the Property Document and video both the interior and exterior of the home for insurance purposes
- Stay Informed: Receive timely storm monitoring, activity notifications, and updates via your online Customer Portal
- Reinforce Garage Doors: Lock down all garage doors manually
- Secure Loose Items: Secure and stow all miscellaneous items, including outdoor grills, lawn ornaments, potted plants, and patio furniture
Our Post Storm Check-In
Return expeditiously and report any obvious storm damage
- Take emergency mitigation measures, if necessary
- Provide garage access to the vendor for hurricane panel storage
- Once Power is restored, turn on the main circuit breakers to the pool and spa
- Provide contractor Key-In access for needed repairs
- Put your loose items back in place
